Cannot access backup tape, we can help

To get your tape data recovered follow these steps.

1. Replace the backup tape into its protective case
2. Call us for a dedicated job number and service agreement form
3. Carefully package the tape media in a padded box
4. Arrange to deliver the tape personally or by insured courier service to our data recovery centre.

Note: If for any reason you cannot remove the tape from any faulty tape drive, then we can accept the whole drive.
